Portfolio Lab is a tool to help you design a max-Sharpe portfolio with an honest downside layer. All computation is client-side. Nothing is sent to any server.
What it does
- Guides you through a 14-question risk profile questionnaire.
- Runs a max-Sharpe optimizer over 9 Indian-market asset classes.
- Lets you override weights manually and recomputes Sharpe live.
- Projects bear / base / bull scenario bands and a 1,000-path Monte Carlo cone.
- Flags every asset below the 12% forward-return floor in red with sourced caveats.
What it doesn't do
- Not a robo-advisor. No account. No KYC. No order execution.
- Does not store your data anywhere — not even a database on the server.
- Does not make buy/sell recommendations. It shows math, not mandates.
